However, If you change your mind you’re entitled to cancel your order, provided you do so no longer than 7 days after the day on which you receive the products. You’ll be given a full refund, including the initial postage charge. Please email me with your contact and order details and let me know why you are returning an item before sending that item back. Once I have received your email, I will contact you confirming that your return is eligible. Items must be in the original undamaged packaging and shipped back to my studio at your expense. I will refund the full cost of the item when it safely reaches the studio. It must arrive back in the same condition as it was received. The return will be issued to the original source of payment excluding shipping costs within 7 - 10 days. If your item arrives damaged please let me know within 48hrs of arrival by sending a photo of the item and packaging by emailing: jinny_joy@hotmail.com.
