​Delivery & Shipping
All UK orders are delivered via various couriers, such as Royal Mail, Parcelforce, UPS, and DPD, using standard shipping services. All shipments are tracked for your convenience. We aim to deliver UK orders within 7 days.
For customers outside the UK, deliveries are handled by reliable carriers, including Royal Mail, Parcelforce, and UPS. As with UK orders, international shipments are always tracked. Delivery times for international parcels typically range from 5 to 21 days, although delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond my control.

Please note that you will be responsible for any customs duties or fees. Jin Eui Kim cannot be held liable for unexpected customs charges.

To ensure a smooth delivery, please double-check that your delivery address is accurate before placing your order.

 

Returns & Refunds
Please understand that you are buying artwork so please make your choices carefully. However, If you change your mind you’re entitled to cancel your order, provided you do so no longer than 7 days after the day on which you receive the products. You’ll be given a full refund, including the initial postage charge. Please email me with your contact and order details and let me know why you are returning an item before sending that item back.   Once I have received your email, I will contact you confirming that your return is eligible.  Items must be in the original undamaged packaging and shipped back to my studio at your expense.  I will refund the full cost of the item when it safely reaches the studio. It must arrive back in the same condition as it was received.  The return will be issued to the original source of payment excluding shipping costs within 7 - 10 days. If your item arrives damaged please let me know within 48hrs of arrival by sending a photo of the item and packaging by emailing:  jinny_joy@hotmail.com. If you return goods to us, please use an insured method of dispatch and obtain proof of posting. We can’t accept liability for returned goods being lost or damaged in transit.
